Payment:

Please note that payment must be received before goods can be forwarded. Payment options: Mastercard, Visa, Direct Deposit & Money Orders.

Prices:

All prices include GST & are subject to change without notification due to fluctuations in the dollar and the rising costs of raw materials.

Minimum Order:

To maintain our competitive prices we request a minimum order of $35 retail.

Delivery:

Once you have made your selection, Etelage's aim is to despatch your choice where possible within 3 - 5 days. (Note: jewellery. Naturally when items are made to order it may take a little longer but we're sure it will be worth it.)

Postage & Handling:

All parcels are sent express through Australia Post and electronically tracked. . Rates: 500gram satchels $8.95 and 3 kilo satchels $12.95.

Trade Policy 2009 :

1. To receive Trade Prices (wholesale) we require the following:
   • a copy of the certificate of registration of your business.
     This copy is issued by the Department of Fair Trading & has your business name and business registration number.
   • ABN - This is issued by the Australian Taxation Office.
   • We also require proof that the business is industry based.
   Once we have received a copy of both these documents and subject to approval a Trade Client Number will be given to you. This will give you access to our wholesale prices when making on line as well email orders with us.
2. Minimum Order - Trade
   We require a minimum order of $150 wholesale for beads and $350 for ready made INCL GST.

Colours:

Colours may vary due to different dye lots and bead manufacturing processes. Note: The colour on your screen is affected by the settings on your monitor & the type of web browser you are using.

Quality:

Beads: We endeavour to ensure our high standards are maintained, however slight variation in colour and finish are deemed to be first quality and therefore acceptable.

Jewellery:

Every product is professionally handmade in our studio. Components used are sourced globally & are often exclusive. Note: most components used in our current readymade collection are not available for individual sale.

Our Guarantee:

In line with our commitment to quality, value and service, we stand by our products so you can buy with confidence. If you receive a faulty item, please return it with the receipt in an unaltered condition within 21 days of purchase including a description of the fault. Replacement products will be sent at no extra freight cost if goods are found to be faulty. We are unable to accept change of mind purchases. Except as provided by law, no warranty or guarantee, is given or liability accepted, for any damage to the product due to external causes, including accidental misuse, or use of the product other than for the manner intended for the product.

Refund Policy:

We exchange goods if returned within 10 days. The item/s has to be in its original packaging and in an unaltered condition. Please ring to authorise exchange before returning the goods. Please order with correct Product Code, Colour and Finish. Orders are unable to be processed otherwise.

Your Privacy:

etelage is committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with us. all information you provide is treated confidentially and will not be given to any other party except where needed to process your orders in accordance with the privacy amendment care act 2000. if you do not wish to receive any correspondence from us please contact us and we will remove your name from our data base.
