Christine Smalley is the Founder & Creative Director of Etelage. Her signature designs are bold beaded necklaces & intricately detailed earrings. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of jewellery design in jewellery workshops & travels the globe to source beautiful artisan components. Christine draws inspiration from the modern deco 1920s style, 1960s jet set glamour & some 1970s boho chic.

Skill Level: No jewellery making skills are required. This workshop is designed for beginners who want to express their creativity & create uniquely individual jewellery designs.
When? Held monthly on Saturday afternoons or Tuesday evenings @ the Etelage studio (for schedule and bookings http://www.etelage.com/workshops/schedule-beginners)
What? Design & create a chain pendant or chandelier earrings plus an embellished cocktail ring or brass cuff using vintage bits & pieces from our bead nook: brass filigree, crystals, cameos, chains & stones.
Cost: $69.95 including all materials.

Tutor Bio:
Christine Smalley - Founder & Creative Director of Etelage (est 2002) shares her passion for artisan traditions & vintage design. Drawing inspiration from 1920s deco style, 1960s jet set glamour &1970s boho chic governs her artistic expression.
Two instructional beading DVDs later & a business nomination for business innovation (Telstra Awards 2009) Christine continues to pursue excellence in her passion for all things adorned. Christine is also a regular blogger & teacher (incl TAFE, Notebook Magazine's Craftroom 2010 & schools).

Booking Information:
- All workshops must be paid in full at time of booking.
- cancellations:
$50 booking fee will be charged for any cancellations and where less than 72 hours notice is given there is no refund permitted.
Etelage reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class. You will be offered an alternative course, credit for a future workshop or a full refund.
