Seed beads are affordable, durable to work with and having a multitude of colours and finishes and sizes available, (15/0, 11/0, 8/0 and 5/0). The smaller the number, the larger the bead. Shapes include round seed bead or rocaille,  facetted (two cuts), tubes (bugles) and oblongs (slabs) all perfect for beaded jewellery, weaving, loom work and surface embellishment.
