Etelage reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
Order Confirmation via Email
We will accept your order by e-mail confirmation. That is when our contract is made. Our email message will also confirm details of your purchase. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.
For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage. If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.and tell you when we will dispatch your order.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Etelage will be effective when we dispatch the goods to you.

 

Shipping
Most orders are despatched within 3 working days. (During promotions and special events, the turnover period may be extended. Please note: we do not ship when we are at Craft and Quilt and Stitches and Craft Shows.)
Customers are notified by email when the order is being shipped. The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of your parcel and the choice of shipping method.
Regular Post parcels can take up to 10 working days in remote areas. (Australia)
Express Australia Post satchels are delivered overnight to most postcodes, but make take longer to be delivered in remote areas.
Shipping internationally? We sure do!
Shipments outside the Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail.
International Taxes, Levies and Duties If you are not in Australia, we have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country and there–fore will not bear any costs associated with our products entering your country. You are responsible for purchasing goods which you are law–fully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.
We take every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of your order. If the shipment is damaged, please contact the carrier.
