In line with our commitment to quality and value, we stand by our products & offer a 365 day warranty against any jewellery fault.
If you receive a fault of manufacture item please return in an unaltered condition and include a description of the fault.
We will repair or replace it at no extra cost to you.
We exclude liability to you for any unforeseeable loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of our negligent performance of any services provided to you except in relation to death and personal injury. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods.
